Except maybe if you have 8gb Ram or less and use tons of mods. Fallout 4 runs on a 64Bit Engine and this should no longer be a Problem, so no need to use pcb.
Conversion permission You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances As far as i know this is usefull when you have a lot of mods, the Game Engine is 32Bits and the memory comes to its limit because of that.
